Full-stack Physical AI for the built world

AI that perceives.
Robots that act.

Eternia builds purpose-designed robots and the embodied intelligence that powers them—turning facility work into an autonomous, continuously learning system.

THE PHYSICAL AI STACK / 01

Intelligence needs a body.
Autonomy needs a system.

Physical AI brings perception, reasoning and action into the real world. Eternia develops the complete system: robot bodies, manipulation, autonomy, teleoperation and multi-robot orchestration.

Each deployment generates real-world experience. Every demonstration, intervention and completed job compounds into better policies, faster site adaptation and greater autonomy.

01

Perceive

Multimodal sensors turn dynamic, human-centric facilities into a continuously understood world model.

02

Reason

Embodied intelligence interprets context, selects skills and plans safe actions against a service objective.

03

Act

Purpose-built mobile robots navigate, manipulate tools and execute physical work in the real world.

04

Learn

Teleoperation and real-world outcomes create demonstrations that improve reusable robot policies.

ROBOT SYSTEMS / 02

Purpose-built bodies.
One intelligence stack.

We are engineering and productising three robot platforms for commercial facilities—combining mobility, manipulation, perception and task intelligence around real operating workflows.

Bipedal tele-operated generalist

A humanoid platform with two legs, articulated arms and dexterous hands—being developed to map sites, pick and place objects, clean surfaces and handle cleaning or mechanical and electrical equipment.

  • Human-centric form factor
  • Tool + equipment interaction
  • Operator-guided learning
TELE-OPERATED GENERALIST / CONCEPT

Human skill becomes robot intelligence.

Two legs. Two arms. A world built for human hands. Our bipedal humanoid concept brings remote operator skill to pick-and-place, surface cleaning and the handling of cleaning and M&E equipment.

We are developing a teleoperation-first approach: map the space, demonstrate the task, capture the experience and validate reusable robot skills before increasing autonomy.

BEYOND CLEANING / M&E TASK CONCEPTS

Human tools. New robotic capability.

Our intended task repertoire spans picking and positioning supplies, operating cleaning equipment, instrument-assisted inspection and routine mechanical service. M&E means mechanical and electrical building systems.

AI-generated concept visuals, not deployed product demonstrations. Final robot design and capabilities are subject to engineering validation. Equipment operation requires site authorisation, task-specific safeguards and qualified supervision; no autonomous live electrical work is implied.

Train. Deploy.
Learn from reality.

Eternia’s Physical AI architecture closes the loop between digital twins, operator demonstrations, on-robot inference and fleet data—so robots move from guided execution toward greater autonomy.

inside the industry.

Lav builds technologies that transform how buildings are operated, experienced and maintained. His journey began with a robotics security startup in 2014–2016, before pivoting into cleaning and facility management.

He founded SmartClean in 2017 to digitise IoT-enabled cleaning management and scaled it across 150+ buildings in APAC. That work created a decade-long, hands-on understanding of cleaning and FM: the people, site constraints and operational realities behind every job.

Lav combines full-stack technology expertise with deep industry understanding to build an AI- and robotics-led orchestration solution for the built environment.

Robotics entrepreneurship.

Rishipal founded CleanHeights Robotics in 2020 to develop modular robotics solutions for the cleaning industry, and Cleaning Robotics in 2024 to build a toilet-cleaning robot. Cleaning Robotics was subsequently acquired to build Eternia Robotics.

His career spans more than three decades across engineering, enterprise systems and robotics. He began as an Engineer/Scientist at IIRS, ISRO, working on remote sensing and image processing. Across two periods at Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority, he spent over 20 years delivering IT systems, leading project teams and advancing process automation, enterprise architecture, GIS and BIM.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Remote Sensing and Photogrammetric Engineering from IIT Roorkee and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from IIT BHU, Varanasi.

At Eternia Robotics, Rishipal combines systems engineering, automation and hands-on robotics development to build physical AI systems for building and facility operations.
